Profiles

All the PVCU profiles used in the manufacture of the Vantage Windows and Door ranges are guaranteed for 10 years against discoloration and structural degradation.

AFTERCARE

All the PVCU profiles used in the manufacture of Vantage Windows and Door ranges should be cleaned regularly with warm soapy water. It is acceptable to periodically use a very light abrasive cleaner (as used for acrylic baths) for the removal of ingrained dirt and grease. This cleaning material however should not be used frequently.

Glass

All the BSI Kitemarked insulated glazing units used in the manufacture of the Vantage  door and window range are guaranteed for 5 years against the hermetic seal failing.

AFTERCARE

Glass should be cleaned with a proprietary glass cleaning liquid or soapy and clean water. On decorative glass care should be taken when cleaning resin bead and coloured areas.

Hardware

All fittings, locks and ironmongery used in the product range are guaranteed for 2 year against manufacturing fault failure.

AFTERCARE

All moving parts should be lightly oiled regularly and door locks oiled where indicated on the lock face. All moving and visible parts on espagnolettes should be wiped with a lightly oiled cloth a minimum of twice per annum. Handles should be cleaned using the same procedure as for the PVCU profiles.

Please Note! As the commonest fault of locking mechanism failure is due to poor aftercare the above should be strictly adhered to or your warranty could become invalid.

The guarantee does not cover the following:

1. Adjustments

2. Damage caused by third party fitters / installers etc

3. Negligence due to misuse / inadequate maintenance

Hinge Adjustment Guide.

1.Remove cover cap "A" as in diagram.

2. Insert allen key.

3. Turn key clockwise or anti-clockwise to adjust as appropriate.

4. Remove allen key and replace cap
